How to tell Facebook to stop tracking every website you visit
This will take two minutes.

Go to Facebook's "Accounts Center." https://accountscenter.facebook.com/
(The following screenshots are from a desktop screen.)
If you have more than one profile, pick the profile for which you want to manage your privacy settings.
On the left, select "Your information and permissions."
On the right, in the second section of links, click "Your activity off Meta technologies."

On the page for "Your activity off Meta technologies," go to "Manage future activity." Tell Meta (i.e., Facebook and Instagram) to stop tracking every website you visit.

Next, tell them to "Clear previous activity," i.e., to delete everything they've previously tracked.
