This Monday will be Labor Day in the US, and May Day Strong is organizing a "Workers Over Billionaires" event (maydaystrong.org)
The movement's purpose, as they explain it:
Billionaires are stealing from working families, destroying our democracy, and building private armies to attack our towns and cities...the way we stop the takeover is with collective action...not just through the ballot box or the courts, but through building a bigger and stronger movement.
