Two organizations that support immigrants

While the first Trump administration was implementing its family separation policy, I learned of a few organizations. The second Trump organization will be worse, and as always, it will be helpful to know where to turn.
Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAÍCES), based in Texas, provides legal and social services for immigrants and helps resettle refugees. They have video explainers of immigration policy including first-person perspectives.
The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), based in California, offers workshops to know your rights. They teach you what to do if an immigration officer approaches you. For example, you don't have to admit or sign anything, and you have a right to an attorney.
You can work, volunteer, or creatively partner with these organizations. They take cash donations too. Share info with anyone you think may need it or put it to good use.
