It takes energy to organize an event for the first time. If you want to do it a second time, why repeat all the admin work and the unexpected clearing of time and space?

"Lean on the magic of the recurring calendar invite," Sara Sadek says today in Folkweaver.

"If everyone on their calendars has x Saturday of the month blocked off for soup days, or mama hangs, or politicized screen prints, or singing circles, and if we, the organizers, consistently show up, we’ve magically unblocked so much of the headache and thrash of the logistics that feel insurmountable."

Pssst!
