Tell LGBTQ people you have their backs
Put some thought into how you'll handle tough situations under pressure, and tell your people that you're prepared to stand up for what's right.

In a time of political repression, support means:
- Not pretending you don't know your LGBTQ colleague
- Not attempting to hide their identity, if they're open about it
- Not quietly deleting material from your website just because it mentions sexuality or gender
- Not turning over names and personal data of queer people, should the government ever demand it
