If you're experiencing workplace discrimination, Gino Cosme says, do these:
Journal about what's going on. Taking notes in your phone app is fine (as long as it's your personal phone, not a work device!). Record details: names, dates, exact quotes.
Keep all your workplace communications, even the ones that may not seem relevant, and especially save the evidence of the discrimination.
Build a support network: At work and outside work, in-person and online.
Know your rights, and stand up for others' rights.
Practice self-care.
And plan for a new career.
